Are you still doing repairs: Yes, we are still doing repairs as of 5/27/21 and will continue to do so until notified otherwise.

What is the best way to ship our item for repairs:  Please see our repair page.

How long do repairs take:  We usually turn the repairs around in 1-2 days.

Are your items new or used:  All of our items are new-old-stock, in sealed boxes, unless otherwise stated.
                                                   (we will open the items to replace the belts to insure worry free operation before shipment)

How can I clean the battery contacts:  The best way to clean contacts is with a Q-tip and vinegar.
