1. If your item appears to be defective, please do not try to operate it, JAG Hobbies will not be responsible for any damages incurred due to operating an item with a defective component.  So please check to ensure the item is fully functioning before use.
2. JAG Hobbies warrants all products sold by us to be free of defects at the time of purchase. This conditional limited warranty does not cover any wear components or parts damaged by misuse, modification or abuse.
3. In that JAG Hobbies has no control over the final assembly, no liability shall be assumed nor accepted for any damage resulting from use or misuse by the user of the final assembled products, the user accepts all resulting liability.
4. JAG Hobbies will be only responsible for defective batteries, speed controls or motors at the time of shipment.  
5. All products purchased from JAG Hobbies except for ESKY batteries, speed controls and motors will have a 90-day conditional limited warranty. All returns require a pre-authorization.  Any returns without a pre-authorization will be returned to the sender.
6. If it is determined that the product has been repaired or reworked by unauthorized person or persons other than JAG Hobbies the conditional limited warranty will be void without exception.
7. All returns due to an ordering error or if the item is no longer desired must be in new, saleable condition. They must have original packing material, manuals and accessories.  Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
